Expectations

What you can expect from an iPRO Candidate:

• Fits your position.
• Qualifies in the specified salary range.
• Will relocate (so will their spouse).
• Will give a standard two week notice to present employer unless otherwise specified by either party prior to beginning the interview process.
• Will meet and probably exceed expectations

What iPRO expects of a Client Company:

• Clear definitive communication of your needs and wants.
• Direct access to hiring authority.
• Complete knowledge of the interview process, (i.e. Who is involved in the process? Are there any tests the candidate will need to take? Itineraries, etc.)
• Reasonable response times once a qualified candidate has been presented.
• Positive/Negative information about your company so we can better prepare our marketing presentation and strategy before entering the candidate marketplace.
