Janet Murphy

Janet is the founder of iPRO Staffing. Her educational background in Chemical Engineering and Business Management combined with her process development experience working at Eli Lilly gives Janet tremendous insight for staffing solutions for her clients. Before founding BCG Pharma in 1999, Janet worked as an executive search consultant for a Management Recruiters office for 3 years. In addition to recruiting, Janet brings 10 years of business operations and staffing experience.

Janet works with some of the leading engineers and scientists in the pharmaceutical field to help our clients fill positions in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and Research & Development. Her industry experience and recruiting expertise makes her a valuable asset to our office as well as our clients.
